Stay & Vibe Accommodation Terms
Accommodation reservations must be booked a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) before the event date.
Accommodation is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed by Vibe Society.
Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided after booking confirmation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
Additional overnight guests beyond the approved occupancy may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Conduct
Excessive noise, illegal activity, property damage, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
Accommodation may not be used for unauthorized parties or events.
Refunds & Cancellations
Accommodation bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
Cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future Vibe Society event.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
