What is Vibe Society?
Vibe Society creates curated social experiences, private events, photoshoots, and unique gatherings designed to bring people together in memorable and meaningful ways.
Where are your events located?
Most Vibe Society experiences take place in downtown Toronto. Exact locations and venue details may vary depending on the event or booking.

Do I need to be a member to attend events?
No. Most events are open to ticket holders, although some experiences may be invite-only or have limited availability.
Private Bookings & Venue Rentals
What types of private bookings do you offer?
We offer private event planning, venue rentals, celebrations, networking events, birthdays, content creation sessions, photoshoots, and fully customized experiences.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Our rooftop venue can comfortably accommodate up to 45 guests.
What is included with a basic venue rental?
Basic venue rentals include access to the venue, a host/coordinator, Bluetooth sound system, basic refreshments, and access to the venue amenities listed in your booking package.
What are your venue rental minimums?
Venue rentals require a minimum booking of 3 hours. Additional time may be available depending on venue availability.
Can I customize my event?
Absolutely. Vibe Society specializes in customizable experiences. Clients can enhance their booking with food service, beverage packages, entertainment, performers, photography, accommodations, décor, and more.
Can I bring my own vendors?
In some cases, yes. Please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss venue requirements and approvals.
Is décor included?
Décor may be included in certain planning packages or added as a custom enhancement.
Can I visit the venue before booking?
Venue tours may be available by appointment, subject to availability.
Photoshoots & Content Creation
Do you offer photoshoots?
Yes. We offer private photoshoots, content creation sessions, branding shoots, lifestyle shoots, and custom creative experiences.
Do I need to rent the venue for a photoshoot?
Not necessarily. Photoshoots can be booked independently or combined with venue rentals and additional services.
Can I bring multiple people to my photoshoot?
Yes. Group photoshoots and collaborative content sessions are welcome.
Do you provide photographers?
Photography services may be available depending on your package selection and availability.

Do you offer overnight accommodations?

Our accommodation package includes access to a beautifully furnished designer studio suite suitable for up to four guests.
How far in advance must accommodations be booked?
Accommodation packages must be reserved at least three (3) days before your event, subject to availability.
Can I book accommodations without attending an event?
Accommodation availability is primarily intended for Vibe Society clients and event guests.
Special Events & Tickets
What are Vibe Society events?
Vibe Society events are curated experiences featuring themed entertainment, social networking, music, activities, food, beverages, and memorable experiences.
Are food and drinks included with my ticket?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, food and beverages are sold separately through optional add-ons.
Can I purchase food and drink packages in advance?
Yes. Many events offer advance purchase options for food and beverage packages.
Do you offer VIP tickets?
Select events may feature VIP experiences with premium perks and exclusive benefits.
Are events 19+?
Age requirements vary by event. Please review the event description before purchasing tickets.
Is there a dress code?
