Food Voucher Terms

• Food vouchers are valid only for the event date purchased.

• Food vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Unused food vouchers expire at the end of the event.

• Menu items are subject to availability and may vary.

• Guests are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Vibe Society cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Refunds

• Food vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

• If a food service provider is unable to fulfill a purchased food package, an equivalent substitute or credit may be provided at Vibe Society's discretion.

Beverage Add-On Policy

Beverage Voucher Terms

• Beverage vouchers are valid only for the event date purchased.

• Beverage vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Unused beverage vouchers expire at the conclusion of the event.

• Beverage selections may vary based on availability.

• Alcohol service is subject to Ontario liquor laws and venue policies.

Responsible Service

• Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.

• Service may be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid identification.

• No refunds will be issued for denied alcohol service due to intoxication or failure to provide ID.

• Beverage vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
